The colour of coffee, close to harvest.

Freshly shared images from ACV show the changing colours of coffee cherries across the estate.

Coffee tells its story in colour. Green cherries begin the journey, yellow signals the change, and red fruit marks the familiar image of a crop nearing harvest.

Across the coffee blocks at Asante Coffee Ventures, recent photographs capture several stages of that journey on the same plant. It is a simple reminder that coffee is never a single moment: it is a season shaped by soil, rainfall, shade, care and time.

ACV grows Robusta and KR varieties, selected for their distinctive character and flavour profiles. The details visible in the field matter because quality begins long before coffee reaches a cup.

For the farm, these photographs are not only records of a crop. They are an invitation to stay close to the source and to the work behind every future harvest.
