8,600 trees at the heart of the farm.

A coffee estate can be measured in acres and trees, but its real value is built in care, attention and connection.

Across ACV’s 140-acre estate, approximately 40 acres are under cultivation. At the centre of that work are 8,600 coffee trees.

Those figures offer a useful sense of scale, yet they only begin to describe the farm. Each coffee block is part of a wider landscape where bananas, sunflowers and food crops also grow.

The farm’s Robusta and KR varieties have been selected for distinctive character and flavour potential. Their progress is tied to the everyday, practical work of tending trees, observing the season and caring for the land around them.

For us, the number 8,600 is not simply a figure. It is the living heart of an estate that is growing coffee, food, community and a future hospitality experience together.
